1. When do the workshops happen?
Workshops are held every Thursday and Sunday.
Thursday evening – 9 PM EST (NA-friendly slot)
Perfect for North American drivers (6 PM PT / 8 PM CT / 3 AM CET).
Sunday evening – 8 PM CET / 2 PM EST (EU-friendly slot)
Great for European drivers in the evening and a comfortable afternoon time for North America.
For drivers in Asia and Australia, the time is tougher because of the time zone difference. That’s why every workshop is also announced on Discord in advance and recorded — so you can still review the coaching and drills at your own pace if you can’t attend live.
2. What types of workshops will be organized?
Workshops will focus on three areas:
Group coaching on specific car/track combinations
Racecraft events to practice side-by-side racing situations
Group drills where I’ll show you in real time how to practice and master core techniques like trail braking
3. How are the group coaching sessions organized?
Each week you’ll join a workshop in a different car type: GT3, GT4, Porsche Cup, or open-wheel formulas. The variety ensures you develop as a complete driver with transferable skills across multiple categories. To be part of the workshops you need to join the Discord server.
4. How do I get access to the workshops?
After you join the Academy, you’ll receive an email with step-by-step instructions on how to claim your Academy role on our Discord server. Once you activate your role, you’ll unlock access to Academy channels and be able to register for workshops, group coaching, and other events. 5. What tracks will be used?
I’ll pick the same track that’s running on iRacing that week. That way, everything you practice in the workshop is immediately applicable to your official races.
6. What happens if I miss a workshop?
Workshops will be recorded and available to members, so you can catch up anytime.
7. How does the hotlap review perk work?
You’ll privately send me a recording of your hotlap (ideally uploaded on YouTube with throttle/brake overlays visible). I’ll analyze it and send back a personalized video with tips to help you improve technique and consistency.
8. How does the racecraft analysis perk work?
Send me a replay of one of your races. I’ll review it and create a custom video breakdown showing what you did well, what could be improved, and how to better handle side-by-side battles in the future.
9. Do I need to be at a certain skill level to join?
No — workshops are designed for all levels. Whether you’re new to sim racing or already competitive, the coaching will be tailored to help you get faster.
10. How do I ask questions outside workshops?
As a member, you’ll get access to a private Discord channel where you can ask me questions anytime.
11. What if I want 1-on-1 private coaching instead?
Membership covers group coaching and analysis perks. If you’d like 1-on-1 sessions, those are available separately and can be booked directly.
