Welcome to GITGUD Racing. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website and digital courses.
   
By using this website, purchasing our products and joining our community, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use this website.

USER ELIGIBILITY AND USE OF THE WEBSITE

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/legal guardian consent.
You may not use the website for unlawful purposes.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to users who violate these Terms.

Digital Courses Purchases and Payments

We process payments done by using MasterCard, Visa cards and other accepted methods, visible before buying our products.

Prices include VAT where applicable and may change without prior notice.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

Before completing a purchase, you must agree to our Terms and Conditions by checking the designated box. If you do not agree, you will not be able to proceed with the transaction.

Refund Policy 

 Under EU and Romanian consumer law, you have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase without providing a reason, as follows:

If you have not accessed the course, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

If you have accessed or started the course within 14 days, you waive your right to a refund, except in cases where the course is defective or inaccessible due to a technical fault on our side.

The refunds for reasons other than technical issues require proof of engagement. You must demonstrate genuine participation in the course and provide reasonable justification that it did not fulfill your expectations for enhancing your driving skills.

To request a refund, you must send an email to support@gitgudracing.com with the following details: order number, date of purchase, reason for refund (if applicable, e.g., technical issues).

We will process eligible refunds within 14 days after confirmation. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Coaching session fees are non-refundable once the service has been delivered. However, if a session is canceled by us or not provided as scheduled, you are entitled to reschedule or request a refund.

Community Standards

When engaging with GITGUD Racing programs, events, or online spaces, you commit to upholding a respectful, constructive, and inclusive atmosphere for all participants.

While participating on the GITGUD Racing Discord server, members are expected to adhere to the following principles:

• Maintain a respectful environment – Treat others with kindness and avoid harassment, personal insults, or discriminatory remarks.
• Use appropriate language – Keep discussions courteous and suitable for all audiences.
• No spam or unauthorized promotions – Advertising, excessive messaging, or self-promotion is only permitted in designated spaces when allowed.
• Follow Discord’s policies – Ensure compliance with both our community rules and Discord’s Terms of Service.
• Protect personal privacy – Sharing, requesting, or exposing private information is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the server.

Violations of these guidelines may result in warnings, temporary restrictions, or permanent removal from the community.

Guidelines For Special Events

When taking part in special events or competitive races, participants are expected to uphold the following standards:

• Comply with event regulations – Follow all competition rules, including track limits, car restrictions, and incident management protocols.
• No cheating or rule manipulation – Using exploits, hacks, or any form of unfair advantage will lead to immediate disqualification and potential suspension.
• Exhibit professionalism – Treat race officials, organizers, and fellow competitors with courtesy. Disruptive or unsportsmanlike behavior will not be tolerated.
• Demonstrate respect for other drivers – Maintain fair play, sportsmanship, and ethical conduct both on and off the track.
• Be timely and reliable – Arrive as scheduled. Consistently missing events or being late without prior notice may result in removal from future competitions.

Failure to follow these guidelines may lead to penalties, including disqualification, temporary suspensions, or permanent exclusion from events, depending on the severity of the violation.

Copyright And Intelectual Property

All content available in our courses, coaching sessions, and community, including videos, text, images, and other materials, is owned by GITGUD Racing and is legally protected under international copyright regulations.

You are not allowed to share, alter, or create modified versions or adaptations of any part of our content without obtaining prior written approval from GITGUD Racing. Unauthorized use may result in revoked access, legal action, and claims for financial compensation.

By sharing ideas, suggestions, or feedback with GITGUD Racing, you acknowledge that we have the full right to utilize, modify, and incorporate them into our offerings without any obligation to provide compensation.

 

Use Of Feedback And Testimonials

When you provide reviews, testimonials, or feedback, you authorize GITGUD Racing to feature your input in marketing materials, such as advertisements, social media posts, and videos. Your submissions may be modified for clarity or presentation and can be used without additional approval or financial compensation.

 

Courses Revisions And Content Changes

GITGUD Racing may revise, update, or remove sections of our courses, coaching resources, and community materials to enhance quality. As new content is introduced, some existing materials may be modified or phased out. We do not guarantee permanent availability of older content, and users understand that updates may replace or discontinue previous resources.

Our courses serve as educational tools, and we make no promises regarding performance improvement. 

We are not responsible for any injuries, financial losses, or damages arising from the use of our training.
